How it works

    Kickoff call (Day 1)

    30 minutes. We align on scope and get read-only AWS access.

  2. 2

    Discovery (Days 2–7)

    We review your infrastructure, code samples, and existing docs. Async Slack/email for questions.

  3. 3

    Synthesis (Days 8–11)

    We write the report and build the prioritized roadmap.

  4. 4

    Delivery (Days 12–14)

    60-minute recorded walkthrough call. Written report and recording delivered.

FAQ

Do we need to sign a long-term contract?
No. The Stack Audit is fully standalone. About half our audit clients continue with further engagement; the other half take the roadmap and execute it themselves.
What access do you need?
Read-only IAM role in your AWS account(s), access to one or two repos, and 30 minutes of your time on Day 1 and Day 14.
Is $1,500 really all it costs?
Yes. No scope creep, no change orders.
What if we don't have IaC yet?
Perfect — that's usually a big part of the roadmap.
What if our setup isn't on AWS?
